General Terms and Conditions of PROAIR GmbH Gerätebau §1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions of terms (1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. (2) For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "consumer" means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. §2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text (1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online store. http:// www.delphin24.com . (3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to consumers to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Acceptance of the offer shall be made in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week. After fruitless expiry of the deadline, the offer shall be deemed rejected. (4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop. The order is placed in the following steps: 1) Selection of desired goods. 2) Confirm by clicking on the "Order" button. 3) Checking the information in the shopping cart. 4) Pressing the "Checkout" button. 5) Log in to the online store after registering and entering your login details (email address and password). 6) Re-examination or correction of the respective data entered. 7) Binding submission of the order. Before submitting a binding order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's details are recorded by clicking the "Back" button in the Internet browser they are using after checking their details and correcting any input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by means of an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer shall be made in writing, in text form, or by sending the ordered goods within one week. (5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at http://www.delphin24.com/agb.html. You can view your previous orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders. §3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date (1) The prices quoted include statutory sales tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added. (2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, cash on delivery, or direct debit. (3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract. If we deliver cash on delivery, the purchase price becomes due upon receipt of the goods. §4 Delivery (1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment.
